The most thorough analysis ever written on the taxation of charities, non-profit organisations, and those who support them.
If you have on your desk difficult charity tax problems discussed in this book (see the contents for details) you will find it worth the price.

Here is information on how to order this book, and other books by James Kessler.
You do. The FA 2010 has given a new tax definition of charity, the FA 2011 has introduced the tainted donation rules, and there have been new cases and HMRC guidance.
We have also expanded the book with new chapters on not-for-profit organisations which are not charities and so renamed the book Taxation of Charities and Non-Profit Organisations.
I regret that Taxation of Charities & Non-profit Organisations was printed with the index from the 7th edition. For a correct index, click here. However it will often be easier to navigate the book by the table of contents, the tables of statutes and cases, or by ToC Online where the text can be searched electronically.
Readers comments are of the greatest interest to the authors. If you wish to comment on any aspect of the book, or if you spot an error, please email James Kessler.
